Session 4 Will be held at the Top Tier Training Facility (3101 FM 1362 South, Caldwell, TX. 77836) with majority of our runs on soft country roads and quiet trails.
CAMP DESCRIPTION Session 4 is for runners of all levels looking to maximize their training/racing efforts as the summer progresses.
Athletic Requirements All campers are welcomed! Training, strengthening, excellence, internal motivation, nutrition, racing and team chemistry are the focus of this camp.
