CAMP DESCRIPTION

Session 1 is for athletes that are interested starting their summer training properly with emphasis on training/racing techniques, proper nutrition, motivation,  and strengthening/injury prevention.

ATHLETIC REQUIREMENTS

All campers/teams are welcome!
